By replying with CONFIRM, the user confirms their opt-in request to your mobile campaign. The user then receives a confirmation message stating the terms of the mobile campaign along with your contact information. Now, you are ready to start sending your user timely mobile alerts.

It depends on when you have scheduled the messages to go out. We do not guarantee delivery on messages. Most messages go out within a few minutes of when they were scheduled depending on the number of messages being sent at the time.
